1、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分是故障多發(fā)部位，應(yīng)按時(shí)加注潤(rùn)滑脂，并經(jīng)常檢查磨損情況，及時(shí)修理更換。

1. The rotating part is the fault prone part, so the lubricating grease should be added on time, and the wear condition should be checked frequently, and the repair and replacement should be carried out in time.

2、保障液壓油清潔，流動(dòng)式攪拌機(jī)工作環(huán)境惡劣，一定要防止污水泥沙進(jìn)入液壓系統(tǒng)。液壓油要按使用手冊(cè)要求定期更換。一旦檢查時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)液壓油中混入水或泥沙，就要立即停機(jī)清洗液壓系統(tǒng)、更換液壓油。

2. Ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean, and the working environment of the mobile mixer is harsh. It is necessary to prevent the dirty cement sand from entering the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be changed regularly according to the manual. Once the hydraulic oil is found to be mixed with water or sediment, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to clean the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil.

3、保障液壓油冷卻裝置有效。要定時(shí)清理液壓油散熱器，避免散熱器被水泥堵塞，檢查散熱器電動(dòng)風(fēng)扇運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，防止液壓油溫度超標(biāo)。

3. Ensure that the hydraulic oil cooling device is effective. The hydraulic oil radiator should be cleaned regularly to avoid blockage by cement. Check whether the electric fan of the radiator operates normally to prevent the temperature of the hydraulic oil from exceeding the standard.
