自動(dòng)上料攪拌機(jī)其中一個(gè)比較重要的部件就是攪拌罐，其工作環(huán)境比較惡劣，再加上用戶不注意日常保養(yǎng)，就造成了一些不必要的故障和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，自動(dòng)上料攪拌罐日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)如下：

1.首先應(yīng)該保養(yǎng)自動(dòng)上料攪拌罐罐體，每次運(yùn)完混凝土后及進(jìn)清洗罐，要知道混凝土是更容易和鋼鐵粘結(jié)在一起的。

1. First of all, the tank body of the automatic feeding mixing tank should be maintained. After transporting the concrete and entering the cleaning tank every time, we should know that the concrete is easier to bond with the steel.

2.出料的均勻性問題是自動(dòng)上料攪拌罐的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)之一，它直接影響著施工質(zhì)量。在運(yùn)送混凝土?xí)r，攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速應(yīng)節(jié)制在2~5r/min，在運(yùn)送間隔較長可能混凝土的塌落度較大時(shí)，出料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒快速動(dòng)彈5~10圈，使內(nèi)里的混凝土能充實(shí)攪拌，這樣出料的勻稱性就會(huì)大大提高。若途中混凝失水，到工地應(yīng)加水調(diào)解，并充實(shí)攪拌，雖然這種環(huán)境應(yīng)只管制止，但是這樣會(huì)使混凝土的質(zhì)量得不到擔(dān)保。有的用戶在利用時(shí)不留意節(jié)制在運(yùn)輸歷程中的轉(zhuǎn)速，過快會(huì)增大燃油的耗損，過小則會(huì)造成混凝土離析。因此應(yīng)嚴(yán)格根據(jù)要求來節(jié)制攪拌筒的轉(zhuǎn)速，以提高混凝土運(yùn)送質(zhì)量。

2. The uniformity of discharge is one of the important indexes of automatic feeding mixing tank, which directly affects the construction quality. When transporting concrete, the rotation speed of mixing drum should be controlled at 2 ~ 5R / min. when the transportation interval is long and the slump of concrete is large, the mixing drum should be moved quickly for 5 ~ 10 circles before discharging, so that the concrete inside can be fully mixed, and the uniformity of discharging will be greatly improved. If water loss occurs in the process of coagulation, water should be added to the site for mediation and full mixing. Although this kind of environment should only be stopped, the quality of concrete will not be guaranteed. Some users do not pay attention to control the speed during transportation, too fast will increase fuel consumption, too small will cause concrete segregation. Therefore, the rotation speed of the mixing drum should be strictly controlled according to the requirements to improve the quality of concrete transportation.

3.混凝土限量不能高出罐體的方量，因?yàn)榛炷翉?qiáng)度品級(jí)差別它的密度也差別，高強(qiáng)度混凝土一般密度也大，同樣的體積，裝多了對(duì)車會(huì)有一定損壞。輸送混凝土的容量、質(zhì)量及坍落度應(yīng)切合車輛利用說明書中的規(guī)定，實(shí)時(shí)加注潤滑油。

3. The limit of concrete should not be higher than the volume of the tank, because the density of concrete is also different due to the different strength grades. High strength concrete generally has a large density, and the same volume will cause certain damage to the car if it is loaded too much. The capacity, quality and slump of the transported concrete shall meet the requirements of the vehicle operation manual, and the lubricating oil shall be added in real time.

4.露天停放過的自動(dòng)上料攪拌罐，裝料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒以出料偏向旋轉(zhuǎn)，把水泥罐內(nèi)的積水放掉，確保運(yùn)送混凝土的質(zhì)量。

4. For the automatic feeding mixing tank that has been parked in the open air, before loading, the mixing drum should be rotated with the discharging direction to discharge the water in the cement tank, so as to ensure the quality of concrete transportation.
